I have been asking our customers what some of the best features of our InterpreterLine are, from their perspective. Well, they are the ones that are in the front line using it daily….
An interesting one that came up was the ability with InterpreterLine to add multiple parties to a call and how useful that was. So, the Client (LSP’s client needing the interpreting that is), once in their interpreting call, can press ‘9’, and via a voice prompt, dials the number of the person they want followed by a # to bring them into the call and hey presto! Usefully, multiple participants can be added into the call.
It seems like this is a pretty cool feature for our LSP customers, and potentially a unique feature for this market.
